Solidoak Limited is a construction and development company with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry and has been providing a quality service throughout London and the South-East. Solidoak Limited is a family owned and run business that began in 1994 and has grown steadily ever since.

We now have sixteen full-time employees that are backed up by a substantial network of tried and trusted subcontractors. Our annual turnover for the year 2015/16 was £7.3m and current estimates for the current 2016/17 year are £8.3m.

Solidoak can undertake contracts ranging from large extensions, commercial works, refurbishment or conversion works to existing properties and new build construction ranging from larger single-occupancy houses to multi-unit sites either on a standard construction contract or on a design & build basis. We can carry out projects ranging from £250,000.00 to £10m.

Solidoak Limited is managed by father & son directors with backgrounds as quantity surveyors with over 60 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry between them.

Our sites are overseen by our construction director, a time served tradesman with over 35 years in the industry, 20 of which were spent as a contracts manager for various national house building companies. Our site managers are all time served tradesmen who have been elevated to management as a result of many years of experience.

To ensure that we maintain a level of company progression as our turnover increases, we make significant investment in our staff, both through recruitment and training schemes and we are also members of several trade organisations including the National House Building Council (NHBC), National Federation of Builders (NFB), Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and the Considerate Constructors Scheme which ensures that our sites are run with consideration to all neighbouring properties and their occupants as well as being carried out in an environmentally friendly way.
